Super quick. We ship from Dallas, TX and they will be in your store within 3-5 business days.
Your customers register their ALT linens online using instructions on the card insert inside the box. Then, when they're ready for a swap, they request it on our website. Along with new linens, we'll send a self-stamped envelope for their worn linens. We cover 100% of the cost of the product; the customer pays for shipping (starting $6 for a 4-pack, $8 for a 6-pack). We don't ship outside USA.
Works just as well. When the linens are registered online by the person getting the gift, they become eligible for free replacements.
Each set comes in a retail-ready gorgeous box with a self-explanatory graphic on the outside of the box. Inside each box is a card with instructions for your customers (or their friends, if gifted) to register online for free replacements.

Absolutely! In fact, several of our retailers are already embroidering monograms on both towels and napkins. And yes, customers can swap them for brand new ones. Of course, the new replacements linens that we send them will not be personalized - your customer will need to bring those in to you again if they want them monogrammed.
