Items ship within 24 hours of your order, and get to you in 2-5 business days. Orders placed after 3 pm CST will ship the next business day. We don't ship on weekends and national holidays.

Replacing your linens
Anytime, really! Replace them as often as you need, and as long as you like.
Head over to your account and follow the instructions. The replacement linens come in a recycled reusable bag along with a return shipping label. Remove your fresh linens from the bag, place your old ones in the same bag, affix the shipping label, reseal and send!
We cover 100% of the cost of the product each time you swap your linens. You pay for shipping. Shipping rates vary based on the # of items you are swapping and where you live, starting $5 for a 4-pack, $8 for a 6-pack, and $13 for a 12-pack.
Each time you send us your worn-out linen, we replace them with fresh new ones!

Caring for your linen
Our linens are super low maintenance. Throw them in with your normal laundry load, preferably with other like colors. For best results, use a warm water gentle cycle and avoid any fabric softeners as they may reduce absorption. Our linens naturally get softer and more absorbent with every wash. Feel free to toss them in the dryer and take them out promptly to avoid excess wrinkling and shrinkage.
Absolutely. Of course, we know you'll use the gentlest bleach available to you. You may also spot treat them with a stain remover if needed.
Gifts and gift cards
That's easy! Alt Linen boxes make great gifts. Each box comes with a story card explaining how we reuse the linens, and instructions for your friend to get free replacements. At the time of checkout, you may include a special gift message to be included in the box.
Yes, all items come with a card that describes how your purchase helps save the planet. At the time of checkout, you may include a special message to be printed on the card. If you have already placed your order, simply email us right away OR reply to the order confirmation email and if it hasn't already shipped, we'll include one for you!
We recommend that you place a separate order for each gift recipient address. However, if you are in a bind, or if you've just placed your order, stop everything you're doing and email us right away OR reply to the order confirmation email with details and we'll do our best!
Each shipment includes instructions for returns/exchanges, they don't include any $ amounts
Head over to this page to register your gift. You will need a unique gift code that was included in your box. If you can't locate your gift code, please email us with as much as information as possible, such as the items you were gifted and the name of the person who gifted it to you, and we'll get this sorted out.
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will do what it takes to get you there, including a full no-questions-asked refund and free return shipping. Simply email us for a return label. You will see your refund as soon as we receive the return. Refunds are issued in the same form as the initial payment. Sometimes it can take up to 3 weeks to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.
